The discovery that the human brain can change its own structure and function with thought and experience has major implications for understanding the humanities, social science and culture.
Norman Doidge MD is a psychiatrist, researcher and psychoanalyst at the Columbia University Center for Psychoanalytic Training and Research and the University of Toronto Department of Psychiatry.
