More about you: (Short Bio or any other details you'd like people to know)
I'm an OD consultant and trainer in the Boston area. My main areas of focus are leadership, diversity, and communication. I do a lot of applied improv; I also have an interactive theater training company called Future Stages, which combines prescripted (by me) material and improvisation; the people I hire are all professional actors with business management experience (many of them are also trainers). We're very "workplace verite" (rather than "entertrainment" (not a typo). I also founded The Boston Improv Lab a couple of years back. The Lab is a forum for consultants and trainers to explore ways of using improvisation exercises in client applications. The majority of my clients are in higher education, but I'm not sector-specific. A representative list of my clients includes Eli Lilly, Simmons College Executive Education, Harvard University, Cornell University, United Nations Federal Credit Union, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Verizon Business Solutions Centers, and Raytheon.

I think if we are going to be in the same group we need to be friends. If it turns out I eat with the fork in my wrong hand you can always say the whole friend thing was my idea and you were just trying to nice :)
